Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SOULof.business ("Site"), operated by SOULof.business, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and engaging with our coaching services, group facilitation, CEO peer advisory groups, forms, messaging programs, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Services Provided
We offer leadership development experiences tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services may include:
- One-on-one executive coaching
- Team coaching and facilitation
- Leadership workshops and trainings
- Impact Circles – peer advisory groups with integrated coaching
- Masterminds and experiential learning
- Customized programs on topics such as feedback, influence, leadership brand, storytelling, and work-life integration
- Business inquiries, discovery calls, scheduling, service updates, and customer support communications
These Services are intended to support leadership effectiveness, team alignment, and business impact. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, signing a coaching agreement, submitting a form, booking a call, making a payment, clicking “I Accept,” opting in to communications, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with SOULof.business, LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Fees, Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellation
Scheduling
Sessions, calls, workshops, and other Services are scheduled by mutual agreement or through our booking system.
Payment
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Cancellation / Rescheduling
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and charged at the full rate. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to termination of Services.
Coach Cancellation / Rescheduling
We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule as needed.
Lateness
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session time.
5. Confidentiality
Individual Coaching
All coaching sessions are confidential. We will not disclose your identity or session content without your written consent, except in the following circumstances:
- If required by law, including subpoena, court order, or legal process
- If there is a risk of harm to you or others
- If illegal activity is disclosed
- If consulting with another coach or advisor for professional support, in which case your identity will remain anonymous where reasonably possible
Group Settings
Confidentiality is encouraged in group programs, but it cannot be guaranteed. By participating in any group setting, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Site or Services, including text, graphics, downloads, training materials, frameworks, exercises, videos, worksheets, branding, logos, and other content, are the intellectual property of SOULof.business, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit them without our express written permission. All materials are provided for your personal or internal business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Our role is to support and guide, not to guarantee any particular result.
As a Client, you agree to:
- Engage fully in sessions, programs, and assignments
- Be truthful and transparent in your communications
- Take responsibility for your decisions, implementation, and follow-through
- Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
- Respect the confidentiality and participation of group members
- Use our Site and Services in a lawful and respectful manner
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting forms, applications, booking details, and contact information
8. Coach Responsibilities
As your Coach or Service Provider, we commit to:
- Deliver Services with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain confidentiality as described in these Terms
- Provide a supportive, respectful, and constructive environment
- Follow applicable ethical coaching standards and professional practices
- Come prepared to all scheduled sessions and engagements
9. Term and Termination
Term
The duration of your engagement will be outlined in your specific agreement, proposal, program, or service arrangement.
Termination by Client
You may terminate Services at any time with written notice. Any refund terms, if applicable, will be governed by your specific agreement or written arrangement.
Termination by Company
We may terminate or suspend Services if:
- You violate these Terms
- The coaching or service relationship becomes unproductive or misaligned
- You behave in a disrespectful, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive manner
- Payment is not received as agreed
- You misuse the Site, Services, or communications systems
Where appropriate, written notice will be provided.
10. User Conduct and Website Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOULof.business, LLC, its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, your participation in any program, your reliance on any content, or any communications sent or received through our systems.
