2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our Site or enrolling in our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and Payment

Services are scheduled in advance through our booking system or direct arrangement. Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation/rescheduling policies are shared during registration or in your service agreement.

All coaching and facilitation sessions are confidential. Exceptions include legal obligations to disclose (e.g., risk of harm). Group participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared information. We are not responsible for participant breaches in group settings.
