Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SOULof.business ("Site"), operated by SOULof.business, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and engaging with our coaching services, group facilitation, or CEO peer advisory groups (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Services Provided
We offer leadership development experiences tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services include:- One-on-one executive coaching
- Team coaching and facilitation
- Leadership workshops and trainings
- Impact Circles – peer advisory groups with integrated coaching
- Masterminds and experiential learning
- Customized programs on topics such as feedback, influence, leadership brand, storytelling, and work-life integration
These services aim to enhance leadership effectiveness, team alignment, and business impact. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing a coaching agreement, submitting payment, or clicking “I Accept,” you confirm your agreement to these Terms, forming a binding contract between you and SOUL of business, LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By engaging with us, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Fees, Payment, Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement or through our booking system.
Payment
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Cancellation/Rescheduling
- Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and charged at the full rate.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to termination of services.
Coach Cancellation/Rescheduling
We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule as needed.
Lateness
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session.
5. Confidentiality
Individual Coaching
All coaching sessions are confidential. We will not disclose your identity or session content without your written consent, except in the following situations:- If required by law (e.g., subpoena or court order)
- If there is a risk of harm to you or others
- If illegal activities are disclosed
- If consulting with another coach (your identity will remain anonymous)
Group Settings
Confidentiality is encouraged but cannot be guaranteed. Clients accept this risk by participating in group programs.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Site or Services are the intellectual property of SOUL of business, LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or alter them without express permission. Materials are for personal use only.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own outcomes. Our role is to support—not guarantee—your results.
As a Client, you agree to:
- Engage fully in all sessions and assignments
- Be truthful and transparent in your communications
- Commit to your personal growth
- Arrive on time
- Respect the confidentiality of group participants
- Prepare as needed before sessions
8. Coach Responsibilities
As your Coach, we commit to:- Deliver services with integrity and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality as outlined in Section 5
- Provide a safe, supportive, and constructive environment
- Follow the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation
- Come prepared to all scheduled sessions
9. Term and Termination
Term
The duration of your engagement will be outlined in your specific coaching agreement or proposal.
Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refund terms, if applicable, will be detailed in your agreement.
Termination by Coach
We may terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms
- The coaching relationship becomes unproductive
- You behave disrespectfully or abusively
- Payment is not received as agreed
Written notice will be provided in such cases.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Not Professional Advice: Coaching is not therapy, medical care, financial advising, or legal counsel.
- Client Accountability: Your progress depends on your choices and engagement. No results are guaranteed.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOUL of business, LLC, its officers, and affiliates are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential—arising from your use of our Services or Site.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee their content and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services indicates your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with your specific service agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOUL of business, LLC, and supersede any prior understandings or communications.
